Im going for a dps great sword build, what armor/weapons should it be?

Power, Precision, Toughness? or Power,Vitality, Toughness?

Would it only be a small hp difference?

There is a 3-4k hp difference If i recall correctly.

You’d jump from ~21k to ~29k with Vitality, allowing you to survive 38% longer. You probably want Knight for critical rate and traits/recharge on critical.

You said DPS build right ? Or do you mean GS burst build ?

Carrion set is better for DPS, and axe/sword are better DPS weaps than the GS.

This is a misleading statement. There are plenty of builds that will chew through 8k hp in a heartbeat. 38% more vitality commonly translates to very little time at all. Plus, it depends on what role you are playing in the match. Not all stats are created equal for all roles.

Armor: Berserker set
Gems: All Valkyrie

Jewelry:
Amulet/Rings: Valkyrie
Gems: Valkyrie

Earrings: Berserker
Gems: Berserker

This mix of hp boosting gems and the amulet/rings being all valkyrie lands me at 24k hp while still pumping out 100% crit damage mixed with the signets passive ability to increase crit%. This is the best mix that I have personally seen. It’s not too far into a dps build where you die constantly due to low hp and it isn’t too deep into a tank build where you can’t pull big hits.

In most boss fights with a full hit on HB, I can pull 15-30k dmg and line that up with Whirlwind and land another 8-15k. The damage is absolutely insane but you’re still pretty much a paper tank.

I run with karma armor and a rune of infiltration. All berserk accessories and a greatsword/longbow.

I do just fine.
