Why do you think that taking rifle as secondary weapon with you, will lock you out from shouts/stances or mobility?

Nobody said there is no counterplay.
All that is said is that its potential dmg-output against dense groups is gamebreaking for WvW. Ofc, GvG’ers will just pack a wall of reflection, but ever seen a pug zerg being that organized?
Last time we had a easy pug-farm, people were screaming for turret nerfs. So yea, enjoy this skill while it lasts.
Good. This stacking meta requires very little tactical ability and is basically about blasting combo fields. Having a Zerg busting skill might actually force people to space out and think.

It’ll be great firing that into a reflect.
That skill has 5 seconds of cd. You can reflect maybe 1 if you’re lucky. A Berserker just needs to wait for your reflect to go down and can spam 3 in a row before you’re finished recharging. Or can just move so the the barrier is not in the line of fire.
That projectile is not even that slow, and it just needs to hit 1 target to connect with everyone. No 5 targets limit.
The fact is that every primal burst is weaker then normal bursts, because has shorter cd. This is right. But this rifle primal burst IS. NOT. WEAKER. then rifle normal burst. Period.
And not only it’s not weaker, it’s OP.
Also this reflect thing is bullkitten and solves nothing. What if you really reflect it? It means that the enemy broup has basically been PKed by a companion.
So Berserker will be the meta again. Keep it alive, reflect the other berserker, don’t make them reflect yours!

wall of reflect from guardians can last upto 12 seconds and most trait it to make it last that long.
That is 1 guardian out of the 10~80 man blobs you will encounter in open world pvp
I know many guild groups run 2 reflects per party or atleast 1 per party and having 2-3 melee parties.
All you need is 1 reflect
Also warrior needs to get 30 adrenaline in a zerg fight and switch to berserker. If you cancle ur burst skills in berserker, it goes on 3 second CD and sometimes you lose your adrenaline for some odd reason.
Also you either choose more power or more defense with when using berserker trait line
yeah, but you all know, this kind of build sucks at 1vs1. This kind of build should just work as sniper or archer something while melee people is fighting frontline.

My normal rifle does 15k~25k dmg to multiple people in a stack
this skill is doing an average of 9k but its harder to get to this skill in berserker since you need 30 adrenaline >enter berserker>1 sec cd>use gun flame (so much time wasted on setting up a target in wvw)

The primal burst has pierce too and explodes on all 5 pierced targets, hitting unlimited enemies around the pierced ones, stacking 6k each (pvp gear, no buffs) and BURNING.
Considering that the explosion can also hit the previously pierced target, I’m sure the damage is higher even on single targets if the skill pierces.
Even with 5 target limit it can still hit 25 times

Every skill looks good fired into stationary, defenseless golems.
Let’s see how well it performs in WvW with aegis getting spammed everywhere.

Signet of might = 6 sec unblockable
cannot be reflected
cannot be absorbed by shield bubble
havent tested on feedback or smoke screen, but i believe itd be a similar effect.

Funny thing is that rifle skills still sucks.
Make your dps party out of 4 rifle zerkers and a chrono so you can drop 4 of these with unblockable and without needing to use signet of might. Should be enough damage to insta down most melee train builds.
