I swear burst mastery isn’t proccing for me with the new adrenaline change on burst,

I use bow f1 and then switch to hammer and have no adrenaline.

Burst Mastery: Burst skills deal 7% more damage. Regain 3/7/10 adrenaline when using a burst skill based on the amount of adrenaline spent.
