Bug with finishing and quickness?

I suspect this is a graphical glitch: when you start the stomp you’re under Quickness, the animation is hastened, then Quickness goes away during the stomp, thus increasing the actual stomp time, but the animation isn’t corrected. I’ve asked about this many months ago in the support forum, but got no definitive answers.
It definitely also happens when I use Frenzy just for the stomp and activate it just before channeling. Quickness from Frenzy is 6s, regular stomp channel is 3.5s, in that case the issue can’t be caused by Quickness running out before the channeling ends.
