After working for some time, I found what seems to be the best combination of tanky bunker ability and CC ability on the warrior and found a build that can dominate in CC, damage, and survivability to throw team fights in your team’s favor for sPvP and tPvP (or to mega-troll WvW).

Build Wars 2: Knocklock Bruiser Warrior
I actually ran a similar build, only did a CC spike(ish) build (ran with frenzy instead of stomp and defy pain for defense). Though that was back in Beta, have not revisited it since then. It has a good balance between and and defense, but lacks condition removal. I personally ran runes of Melandru to help shake off conditions.
