Why i have a lot of miss in some stable targets like burrows in AC dungeon?

Try running around while auto attacking, you won’t miss anymore.

Sidenote: I didn’t answer your question, but there are a lot of object “miss” on for example, trebuchets, The Eternal Flame in CoF path 2, so, I don’t know what the issue is, but I hope it gets fixed.

its not a warrior only issue but a profession-wide one. It’s acknowledged and being worked on by Anet.

As a temporary fix, try being mobile while attacking. Strafing helps. As for siege weapons, not sure.

For some in AC it helps to have autotarget off and don’t target them, just swing. Even then, some are better from certain angles, and two or so I couldn’t hit at all.
