CC heavy PvP build
I’ve played hammer mace/Shield in pvp with that exact trait setup in the past. The problem is when you come across anyone that has stability your weakness/confusion is completely negated. Also there is practically no burst damage with the build.
Its fun to use on noob players in unranked but a simple warrior balanced stance can wreck your entire rotation for example. Or if a warrior has “last stand” trait then you dont even see that he has stability until you have started your rotation.
I found its best uses were in team fights where the enemy is busy fighting someone else and you can come in a CC them. But 1v1 against any halfway decent player and i found the damage to be very lacking.

I run this as mace/mace hammer but still same idea. What I find is that if u r gonna go with the bleed and confusion in this build u should go with something like rabid. This gives you the condi damage to let the bleed and confusion do some work and the toughness to have the time for them to tick. Also gives u the ability to put on critical sigil like Earth for even more condi. If u wanna go damage I find that bezerkers power is a better trait and to also take the 5% damage to weaken foes. Add in air and fire sigil and u can kill people with ease once they use their stun breaks and dodges
