Can't find this WvE roaming build...

In WvW I’ve been seeing these roaming warrior builds where they are kinda tanky but also have massive health regen. Most use gs a/s but I don’t know the exact traits, armor, runes, etc. can anyone help me out who knows this build?

Hes using rousing resilience so 1000 extra toughness plus heals every stun break.
