Hey Warriors, this was posted up by Red Falcon, but I have not been able to get in contact with him.

Does anyone know the armor that is seen in the attached screenshot?

I definitely want to use some of those pieces as I think about changing my armor skin.
Also, do you think the armor set, as a whole, would look good with a Legendary FlameSeeker Prophecy Shield?

Head is Vigil Heavy Armor.

Shoulders and chest are karma gear, mostly 60+.

Legs are Norn heavy tier 3 cultural armor.

Shield is from Lionguard, you can buy it with karma if I’m not mistaken near the dungeon vendors.

Sword looks like char cultural weapon.

I can’t recognize hands and feet.

they really screwed up primevil armor from gw1, it looks freakishly ugly when compared, I feel sorry for those that paid for it

I honestly did not like Primeval armor from Guild Wars 1. It’s all preference.
That being said though, this Primeval armor doesn’t look that great either which is why I’m trying to change. I bought the set as it was only 500 and I got quite a large amount of diamonds for free for helping my old guild

Do you know any of the armor in the first screenshot though?
I really like that style.

Looks like the feet are Nobleman’s Legguards (dungeon armor from Caudecus’s Manor).

Hands are, hrm… sorry, I can’t tell. Best way is to go into pvp and preview all the heavy armor gauntlets and work out what the pve version is.

Only cultural armor is limited to races. Cultural weapons can be used by any race.

Gloves: Teir 2 Human (best guess)-Do not have a clear shot of the gloves in what you linked, but from the spikes and how it sets it looks to be teir 2 human cultural armor.
Pants: Orion- Arah Dungeon Armor- 300 Tokens from Arah bought in LA
Boots: Noble-Caudecus’s Manor Armor – 180 Tokens from CM bought in LA

Just for Kicks: Shield: Loinguard-Bought for Karma (could be: Tier1/10k, tier2/35k, tier3/63k)
Sword: Legionnaire Sword-Exotic Sword from Mystic Forge (not sure if you can get the skin on a lower level sword from Ascalon area)

Not 100% sure if this works with higher level items but it works with the starter items. I have done this with Necromancer glowing eyes and gave them to my Elementalist and Mesmer.

1) You can level a new character and join the vigil then buy the helm with them. 2)Transmute the helm onto a “Standard White Helm”, nothing fancy. You can just buy a helm off of a vendor, doesn’t matter the level. Just be sure to keep the vigil skin and take the new helm stats.
3) Then take your new “Vigil White Helm” and put it in the bank.
4) Switch characters to the one you want the Vigil helm on.
5) Transmute the “Vigil White Helm” back with your current helm (be sure to keep the Vigil skin and take you other helms stats).

Like I said, might not work with higher end items but it does work with the starter items. I will try right quick in game and see if it works (not with a vigil helm mind you, just a soul bound helm to see if it becomes account bound).

probably a mixture of golds, they tend to be slightly different colours on different sets, so you have to mix and match gold shades

That looks like primarily Antique Bronze with Blood/Spitfire dyes actually. Not 100% guarantee as I am eye-balling but I have done a similar color-scheme with my Asura

Dark Templar Shoulders and Armor u buy that skin cheap with Badges of Honor(WvW currency). The hard to get in the pic is the arah legs, u will need dungeon currency.
