Is there any way to get the exotic lvl 80 cavalier armor( toughness, power, crit dmg) besides rng from fracts?

There is no “armor” that gives cavalier stats. Only back pieces/jewelery. If you are talking about that, then yes you can buy exotics with karma in Orr.

Not to be rude but yes there is one of the pugs i was in got one yesterday its was a heavy Armageddon armor with those stats. I am just curious if its possible to get those stats outside of fracts on a exotic that i can xmute or do i have to play rng?

Yep, there is from fractals rng but gl on that, chances to get one r pretty low, and hows about the whole set..imo if u really wanna one wait, im sure they will add other ways to get it soon
