Cleancing Ire change
Not sure. I like it, but I didn’t think too hard about the balance implications.
Just started playing x/x +longbow stance warrior in pvp a few days ago.
I think people would still run longbow, though, because fire fields are might, and might is life.
I’m not quite sure if you are saying that you want CI to always remove 1 condition or so that you cleanse 1 condition no matter and max 3 if you have 3 levels + hit something.
If you mean that CI cleanses only one condition then it would kinda change the weapons preferred with it. LB would be still kinda optimal as it is useful even with lvl1 as you want the fire field.
But this would definetly make Hammer and GS a lot stronger as they don’t really need maxed out bar. Both of them deal static damage no matter the adrenaline level, making them the optimal spam weapons for proccing CI.
The weak weapons to combo with CI would be mace, rifle and sword (kind of weak).
In my opinion what should be done with CI is not actually touching CI, but changing Longbow in such way that it doesn’t proc CI unless it actually hits someone. Maybe add small AoE damage when it lands that determines if CI procs or not.

warrior does not need another heavy handed nerf such as CI not proccing on longbow as well, it’s already borderline crap in pvp now.
at least the original proposal tries to make other weapons better not just nerf LB even more (i say tries because cleansing only 1 condition always would drastically reduce warriors condition cleansing capability even if it would be more reliable)
There was a thread in Profession Balance that suggested rolling Rampage and Mending into the Physical Training trait. A change like that could potentially free up 4 pts from Defense line without an unnecessary nerf to CI. It would however require a 4 pt investment into Power, but at least it would be another option.
as long as rampage doesn’t get 100% bonus damage lol, that would be ridicolous

I can’t remember where the thread left off, but my suggestion was to drop the damage boost and tack on Mending and Rampage. Nice and Simple.
