Cleansing Ire and Burst Mastery
It does. And full adren attack will only remove 2 conditions.
Hope to see a “fix/tweak” soon :/
I dont know what they could change. Burst mastery actually makes it cost less, so it is not like you spend it and get it back per say. So you technically just use less bars.
Unless it is calculated off how many bars you have and not how many you spend. But then you could just burst the air and clear condi, so there is no really safe route to take.
Thanks for the replies. That sucks. I hope they change it to make it clear 3 conditions but only if you hit your adrenaline attack.
wow… I did not even think about this. Thanks.
I don’t mind 2 conditions when traited with burst mastery. My build recovers adrenaline very quickly and I’m bursting at an insane rate. Over the course of the fight I potentially clear more conditions with only 2 cleanses per burst.
“…let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we shall die;.”
That’s odd.. im pretty sure Burst Mastery causes you to still expend 3 bars of adre, and then just get 1 bar refunded

Hope they fix this soon though, 2 vs 3 condis removed is quite a huge difference
Pretty sure it’s supposed to remove 3 conditions even with Burst Mastery.

Interesting.
I’m going to make a test.
Burst mastery works as follows: You want the $3 candy, you have to prove to me you have $3. Then I will only charge you $2. There is no refund system.
In fact, it should not be burst skills cost less, because they do not cost less. It should read burst skills restore adrenaline, because that is more in line with what is happening.
It can’t remove 3 with burst mastery because you are not actually using three bars in the system.
Just tested.
Sagramor and the GW2 Wiki are correct: the adrenaline cost is the same and then a part of adrenaline is refunded.
So even with Burst Mastery you remove 3 conditions at full adrenaline.

As it should… you spend all 3 bars and then you gain adrenaline for the attack.

Thanks for the test. I could’ve sworn there was a thread on this a while back, and that was the conclusion they came to.
