So I just tested out cleansing ire and burst mastery in some WvW to see how well it works hammer still has the blind problem of missing the burst not removing condies, but besides that these 2 traits work against each other.
Cleansing Ire removes an amount of condies on adrenaline spent, burst mastery makes you spend less adrenaline on burst.
Anyone have any thoughts or input on this.
Yeah I have a thought. Stick with melandru runes and -cond food and spend the trait points on something other than cleansing ire.

Thoughts:
Add less, test more. This could have been avoided with someone testing the altered traits properly.

Tested it in Orr . Plauge carrires on explode give you 4 conditions. Used Earthsaker – lost 3 conditions. I was using burst mastery.
I was hoping that this would help my hammer with blinds but I guess not, I think its time to finally cave in to melandru runes

They were easy to counter but now..nah..Im done writting. The changed to blinds and sword mh killed me inside

good players used blind as interrupts
bad players use them as conditions
blind is quite strong

Do you mean Adrenal reserves? because Burst Mastery as of now, increase burst skill damage by 10%.
Cleansing Ire and Burst Mastery synergises pretty well.

I think its perfectly fine how it is. Good players will blind you while your bursting so either removing at cast or after wont make a difference. Blinds that get spammed on you, you can just remove with a dodge role or auto attack before bursting.
The trait really will require one to think during play to use it effectively and probably will take a bit for warriors to get use to. If you use the burst-skill to snare/stun to set up a damage burst then by all means use the burst-skill once you remove blind to remove 3 conditions allowing you an easier follow up damage burst. If you use the axe/rifle burst-skill then just make sure you remove weakness or wait it out before use. If you use traits that increase damage/precision while having full adrenaline, now your choice between keeping that damage/precision or removing a large stack of bleed/torment/burn is that much more interesting. Though it has always been my personal opinion that any builds that saves adrenaline is inherently weak in pvp, even before the patch.
It has good reward for using it appropriately without it being overpowered.

Uh huh..too strong? tell me how your just right effect of Cleansing ire is gonna help you in competitive tourneys..oh right..it won’t..
Constantly amazed at how bad warriors enjoy getting smashed in high end tourneys/not invited to begin with and thing everything is fine and dandy. Truly..warrior forums..the joke of every other class.
Nobody cares about your roaming adventures in WvW. sPvP is where the balance is.
Your posts started 19 days ago. Is that when you became an expert in warrior balance? When you rolled one?

I like how you think that the lead pvp designer has anything to say XII. The pve and wvw also have, if not more influence on the balance of skills, unfortunately.

I burn my adrenaline all time with burst, then the changes are goods
The problem is needs contact for triger the trait hability.
This is officially my favorite trait ever. If you combine it in a good adrenaline build you barely need any other form of condi removal tools.
Ive rolled both of them since this morning. Anet didnt kitten up on it. It cleanses for the amount of phases you have build not the inverse amount you have left over
