While the burning inflicted by Combustive Shot will have its damage controlled by your Condition Damage stat, would I be right in saying that the “Pulse” damage is controlled by Power?

It doesn’t pulse. Only applies burning in the area.

It does pulse, and yes it is affected by power. The pulse damage is low though.

The pulse damage is like any direct damage attack (it can crit as well). Glass cannon generally looking a 1k per tick as I recall, could be remembering incorrectly though.

If you have furious traited, the pulses will also give adrenaline when they crit. If you don’t have it then they give no adrenaline at all.

It pulses, and those pulses are affected by power. If running a power build you can easily see those pulses hit above 1k, so no, they are not weak at all.
The burns however are affected by condition damage (duh).

I run P/v/t everything with Hammer / Longbow, and I’d noticed that my CS seemed to be doing a ton of damage so just wanted to get some confirmation.
