Is #2 ability for the tactics banner bugged itself or is it just the tooltip?
The tooltip claims that it will heal for instantly for 4420 with 1388 Healing Power but it only heals for around 1kish in actuallity.
Is it ever going to be addressed considering that it’s been that way since launch?
