Hi there, I was wondering if anyone has a good build for a condition damage based warrior for PVE?

I was experimenting with a couple builds in Heart of the Mists but I wasn’t really sure if it would work on moving targets in open world or bosses in dungeons and raids so I’m open to any ideas.

I use Rabid stats, but you can change that if u want. Important is to get condi dmg bonus, rest is up to you… Want to be more tanky – go for Dire, want more dmg – sinister. I just prioritized condi dmg, added precision for crit and toughness to get a little bit of survival.
What you want to do, is to spam your fire skills as much as possible, so just swap to bow when your sword/torch skills are on CD, fire few shots, pin enemy down (bleeding), use scorched earth, swap back. Also, dont forget to use Shattering blow and Headbutt as often as possible (they inflict burn with Last Blaze trait)
Arms and Berserker specs are a must be for me, but you can change discipline to something else if you want. Go on and tweak the build to your liking.

Hmm I see quite a bit of defensive abilities put into the build, will it be hard if i went full glass cannon for pve? I haven’t played the new HOT content yet.

Its a matter of the weapon in my opinion.
When use the Sword Strength is a big chunck of your damage, its a hybrid weapon.
Longbow with Fire Arrows i say Strength is only the cherry on the top, the damage gain is not important. With Longbow Fire Arrows you have access to Shoutheals and effective Healing scales with Toughness.

2 Shoutheals are offensive and 1 is a Stunbreaker which can be useful for HoT content.

My favorite HoT combo ist Longbow only Condition Damage with Shoutheals. The second weapon Set is Mace/ Shield with Stun duration sigil against Breakbars.
