I would like to share my condition warrior build.

The fun of this build is in the Rune of the Guardian that provides 1sec burn per block. This along with Shield stance and the trait Mighty defenses will be very useful to counteract the burst of the enemy and empower you . So do not waste it : D

Another feature of this build lies in the trait Distracting strikes that will grant Confusion to the enemies who gets interrupted. For this, we will use the F1 and 3 of the mace , the 4 shield and the utility skill Stomp. Used well , this is lethal.

To enhance a bit the total conditions can cause to the enemy, I put the Sigil of Agony in the mace , the Sigil of earth in the shield and the trait Rending Strikes.

We can also do combo with F1 arch and 4 shield to make a Fire aura.

This build is based on counteract the enemy so you have to be very alert to the enemy’s movements and try to not waste your skills.

Its not a “new build” . I saw this build before in dueling arenas. It is garbage outside of 1v1.
I even saw some hybrids going hammer/mace with confusion on rupt.
