Condition tips?
Post your build/gear. You shouldn’t have that many problems with guardians, most of the time they aren’t very mobile so you can keep the pressure on and keep reapply ing enough conditions to burn though their condition removal. I don’t seem to fight very many Eles. While roaming in WvW I mainly encounter Mesmers, Thieves, Necros, Guardians and other Warriors.
Be careful what you wish for, Anet might just give it to you “HoT”

Another thing you could do is try a hybrid build. Works really good with Sw/Sw and LB since theyre probably the most hybrid weapons in the game.
the trick to killing guardians with conditions is to bait out their heals.
take it slow and pick at the guardian until they use their heal. usually they will blow all of their condition removal before using their heal. once they do hit them with either flurry or pin down and blow them up with conditions.
i usually use sigil of geomancy to help with this. pindown + weapon swap + auto attack = 10 stacks of bleed plus immobilize.
if you use flurry on top of that you can get 25 stacks of bleed instantly.

I just a condition ranger, but vs ele’s and guardians really the trick is persistance. They can both have a lot of cleansing but just remember its not endless. Keep high pressure and they will go down eventually.
Vs Guardians theres no much more to it than that, but vs and Ele try and keep some big CDs back till right after they have swapped off Water Attunement, that is when they are most vulnerable to you.

Well here’s what I use.
Nearly 1700 power when you use SoR and arcing arrow in your fire field. 61% crit dmg and 50% crit chance, as well as 1100 condi dmg, 100% bleed duration and 50% for everything else. You also stay at 1950 toughness and 21 health. Final thrust will hit for 2k on a non crit
here is another hybrid build.
I have a s/s+lbow cond warrior and mainly WvWvW but I hve encountered a few problems I thought experienced warriors could help me with…
1, Elementalists!!! no matter what I do I can’t seem to win any 1v1 against these guys/gals. as soon as I apply conditions, they are cleared leaving me little more than useless :-(
2. Guardians !!! just seems their whole persona is geared towards removing conditions…
So, any tips from fellow condition warriors on how to handle these two professions ?
Here’s how I usually defeat these classes with essentially any viable SS + LB build:
Step 1: Turn face 90 degrees to your right, lean over and squarely place left cheek against left side of keyboard.
Step 2: Slowly begin rotating face in a clockwise-direction so nose and eyes pass over the keys on your keyboard. Continue until right cheek is pressed firmly against the keyboard and you are facing the opposite direction to which you started.
Step 3: Slowly rotate counter-clockwise, ensuring the pressing of maximum keys possible with the area of your face and returning to your initial starting position with left cheek squarely pressed against keyboard, facing right.
Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3 until opponent is down.

Wouldn’t step two break your neck? Or is that on purpose? Counter-clockwise would produce optimal results imho.

Each interrupt stacks 9 confusion, whereas other perplexity users only stack 5. With your 3 interrupts and the x4 on the runes, you can stack 30 stacks quite easily. Search “Gw2 warrior auto kill build” on YouTube. Joseph Wagner is the one you wanna watch

Using peplex. runes looks fun but those builds seem lacking in defence utilities. I guess the idea is to keep the enemy locked by confusion but, all in all, I think I’d go for a ‘regular’ kind of condi build. It seems more balanced and well rounded. What do you guys reckon?
Plus I have a strong feeling the they will soon nerf those runes lol
