I have to choose Disciple trait line to obtain speed and it works for only melee weapons. I am running a conditioneer with dual sword and bow. Could A-net make warrior’s splint work for both melee and range weapons and do not make me use superior runes of traveler.

you can run signet of rage or balanced state or food for infinite 33% movement speed. Plenty of options.

I’ll stop breaking their legs. Then you won’t need a splint.
