DW Sword
no only if you play like a thief solo running around taking off single or 2 targets but thieves are better akitten

Not many due to the casualties you’ll set yourself in if your guild happens to run across a zerg or when defending.
It’s not bad, but do not be a roamer for it because you don’t have much mobility / survivability. Stick with your group and use it for the control condition.
don’t know about condition, but in power build it work well. you have mobility and Rip from #4 crit for a lot! i was trying once mh axe + oh sword and i can sometimes instant ppl only with eviscerate + rip combo, when both crit
SFR
This is how I’d like to go if conditions were viable.
Black Gate – Immortals of the Mist [IoM]
Dual sword + longbow looks very cool, but sadly it just isn’t very good. I tried it and
I just couldn’t do enough damage for it to be viable. We stack a ton of bleeds when
we are close and all skills are off cooldown, but it just gets cleansed away again, and
our bleed stacking is very slow when 4 and 5 are on cooldown, since our third auto
attack doesn’t cause bleed.
Condition builds are more for professions that can stack bleeds from a range, so they
can just kite around while they stack bleeds. In our case we get kited and we don’t get
to stack any bleeds at all, while we get killed.
Condition builds are something for necromancers, rangers and thieves.

You can’t roll full conditions, warrior simply can’t stack enough variety to keep them from being purged.
Instead you are far better off running a hybrid crit/power/ condition.
Here is an example that works really well for me:

Alternatively you can drop one of the sets to equip a longbow, either works well. The S/S – S/Sh is mean berserker but you can be kited.
You can run full condition as long as you know how and when to stack them. I play condition warrior as my main build and love it. 2x sword / longbow is decent, but I still prefer longbow / sword shield for condition build.
I use DW sword and longbow with a power/crit based build and I have a lot of success with it. It’s a lot of fun, the high damage output provided by Final Thrust and the Impale/Rip combo is complemented by the bleed damage (even though I’m not going condtion build). It’s fun going against other warriors with this spec because it’s so uncommon people have no idea what I’m doing— really put out a lot of damage. Worth a try.

It is a fun try. I use to be that build in my early warrior days when playing this game. Then I started experimenting around and settling on a healing regen bunker build.

Can you link the build you use?
Here is the condition build I use. You can swap the shield for a second sword, and swap Shield Master for Last Stand and it will work great.
I pop signet of fury early pre-fight, use bow F1, 5, swap to swords, 4, 2, F1.

I use mainly shield in offhand but I sometime run with a sword and I offend notice the surprise… most people don’t know what to do. I have been playing with my current build for a few months now.
In the current match up in tier 7 I have seen one warrior attacking me with a build that looked like mine and I was surprised. You see a thief, a D/D ele, a warrior or a guardian with a great sword you know what they will do 90% of the time, they all play pretty much the same… I know I don’t play a top tier build or class but I really don’t care. I actually have some good synergy with my guild’s other front liner.

Interesting build,
Why not change Mending to Healing Surge and save yourself the the utility slot.
When match starts or I respawn, instantly hit Healing Surge and go directly to full Adrenaline, by the time I get into the fight again the Surge is recharged and my Adrenaline is still full.
Food for thought.

Because managing conditions is far more important. Healing surge is over rated imo. Either you use it when you aren’t full on adrenaline, and you take a garbage heal with no condition removal, or you use it at full adrenaline and miss out on the second half of the utility of the skill.
Healing Surge is such a counter intuitive skill it makes me dizzy.

I personnaly the following build for both PVE and SPVP,

My rifle looses a bit of burst but I get a nice DPS in return. Distracting strike is ok, I can stack between 3 and 6 confusion stacks if I interupt my foes twice in a row, wich is pretty simple with Rifle But, Shield Bash and Kick. It also helps me to cover my bleeds against condition removal and it punish people for fighting you back (around 470 dmg with 3stacks and rampager PVP/set).
While the build is very fragile, you are still mobile and have acces to a lot of controls, Fear Me is very good when it comes to interupt (not applying confusion) someone during your Flurry, Stability seems essential and Kick is jsut there for the extra interupt and synergy with distracting strike. To make this build work you also need 100% Bleed duration, this makes your Flurry hit for some extra damage sinds you will cause bleeds lasting 4sec instead of the base duration of 2sec.
While the build doesn’t exceed in anything particular, its variety of damage types makes it very easy for me to adapt myself to any situation while dealing tons of damage pressure, on the other hand you need to play smart sinds you don’t have the same burst output compared to a Berserker build.
Mending seems also the only viable heal for this build, sinds you need something to cure condition and protect yourself against necro throwing your own condition back at yourself.
I think it is a great build to play, it can probably still use some tweaks, but I like the way it is right now.

Yeah but it frees up a utility, in any given engagement you are generally only ever going to get off 1 heal, and even at it’s worst it’s equal to mending minus the condition removal.
Thus you could focus on having another utility slot to help win the engagement.
shrug
Either or.

I respectfully disagree. I frequently and consistently get off 2 mending in fights where escape is not an option. Like I said, the 5sec reduc cd is often underestimated as is the condition removal.
I would argue the signet can be used more efficiently if done properly. It also has mid fight ultility for instant full adrenaline in situations where your heal should not used.
Follow me here:
Pop signet of fury prefight > arrive with full adrenaline and signet reset > combustive shot > pin down on primary target > pop signet of fury again > combustive shot duration ends > combustive shot.
you just did 9k aoe damage and 22k condition damage to your focus target using only 2 skills (Combustive Shot + Pin Down). All prior to swapping to sword and board. Your heal is still untouched.
or
Pop signet > arrive with full adrenaline and signet reset > combustive shot > (shot is lobbed in the air) pop signet of fury > pin down (combustive shot lands)> swap to sword > leap > flurry.
You just sat your opponent in a full combustive shot with full flurry. Since you are now in melee range you can interrupt any healing with shield bash and if circumstances require it, you can pop balance stance or endure pain to ensure the interrupt > kill.
The only other utility I would swap in for this build would be Shake it Off, but you talent that already and in combo with Mending covers your condition cleansing adequately enough at this time.
