I really don’t know. Warrior already has a tons of useless off hand which Anet can not make viable for years. Buffs after buffs, it doesn’t really matter.

What’s the point of adding more weapons to a class which already has way too many useless weapons…
They should just add more class skills instead
Main hand dagger will obviously be used. because it’s the only good one with tier 1 burst. but shield will be better for pvp.

and what makes offhand dagger better then offhand axe pve?…and offhand axe is useless..

…Torch was OK, because there’s no burst high condi off hand..but there’s already axe offhand this time..

i assume they made main hand dagger first only, then they thought it’s too simple to only have so few new skills so they just made a dagger offhand just for the sake of making the elite less underwhelming.

Wastrel’s Ruin does tier 3 Eviscerate damage and is pretty quick. Dagger 5 isn’t great, but isn’t terrible either, since it provides a few useful effects. If Axe 5 reflected projectiles it would make OH axe usable.

axe 4 does just as much and give quickness?….

axe 4 has 2.35 multiplier
wastrel ruin only has 1.5

and axe 4 has no restriction to its damage

pvp wise, projectiles reflection on any dagger, axe off hand doesnt really make it worth replacement of shield.

the meta has too many projectile hate since HoT anyway, that now no reflect-able projectiles are worth reflecting, the ones you want to reflect is unblockable anyway, like DH’s push back on LB.
