Damage per condition, Healing signet buff
I agree with buff healind signet to heal 300 per second.
Actualy the max heal you can get in Healing Signet are 273 per second. This runing full cleric + healing power runes + 25 stacks of sigil of superior life.
273/s = 2730 in 10s, 2730 we take in one single hit.
Actualy, this passive effect are insufficient.
Healing Signet should be 450 to be what other healing other healing classes spells are.

If I remember my post correctly there’s only like 2-3 heals that get to or close to 400 HPS, Daecollo.
300 HPS is fine for a passive effect. Considering alot of heals are around that range. And the activated should be boosted by 1K and have a lower activation time.
If it’s gonna remove a condition every 10 seconds then it needs to lose it’s passive health gain and would have to become a clone of Guardian’s Signet of Resolve
