Signet of healing was already the better (and frankly the only viable) heal of the four.
With new path Healing Surge, which is dependent on adrenaline was nerf indirectly.
The absurd is that even on full adrenaline and activating at exact 30sec cooldown, healing sig will still heal for more. So the obvious suggestion is:

make healing surge always heal at stage 3 (without regard to your adrenaline), but will still feel the adrenaline bar up

Then a warrior will finally have a somewhat valid choice between going with healing sig and having a the best hps on passive, or choosing healing surge for less healing, but as a burst heal while also getting adrenaline.

IMO if this change still does not make ‘healing surge’ better than ‘healing signet’ then it is not OP and should be implemented.

This is how it should be. The healing might be slightly too high though, if it always heals at stage 3. Getting a free full bar from your heal will be very important after the patch.

I’d appreciate if healing surge granted a full bar of adrenaline, but healed for a fixed amount or an adjusted rate based on current adrenaline.

Right now, you’re almost guaranteed going to heal before burst if you run Surge, which means telegraphed burst before anim even starts.
