Deep Cuts: Bleeds you apply last 50% longer.
Sigil of Earth: 60% chance on crit to bleed target for 6sec

Does the Sigil bleed go up to 12 sec?

It lasts for 50% longer not 100% so it will be +3s longer. 9s total.

And you can test it in the Mists.

When I tested it it seemed underwhelming. Does it work with the bleed on crit trait? I didn’t get nearly as many bleed stacks out of it as I expected, even with 50% bleed duration increase.

Sigil of Earth has an internal cooldown of 2s.

6 plus 50% is 9, not 12.
And yes Deep Cuts applies on all bleeds.

i thought earth sigil was a 5 second bleed? in that case it would only be 7.5 seconds even with deep cuts.
