I have seen some warrior leveling guides and they mostly recommend signets build with great sword. Key of this build is skill Deep Strike from Arms trait, which should give 40 precision per unused signet.
I reached level 20 and got Deep Strike, but I found that it adds only 10 precision per signet at my level, or even less if I am downleveled in lower zone. Why is that so?

I have seen that there were some changes in Deep Strike about 3 months ago. Did it cause precision buff to be scaled with level?
If this signet build is no longer good for leveling, as precision buff gives only 4×10 instead of 4×40, what would you recommend for leveling? Does Empower Allies from Tactics trait (150 power to me and allies) also scale with level. or will that one give me 150 power, as written on the tooltip?

Yes it scales with level . It is done so you don’t face roll the content.

When it comes to lvling a high damage mobility build is good for you.

Ah, pity…face rolling the content wouldn’t be bad :-)

Can you write more details about the high damage mobility build? Is it better than the signet build?

There is nothing wrong leveling with the full signet warrior. In fact ppl say its selfish because you benefit only yourself and not the group but who cares while you are leveling right >:).
For mobility use greatsword/sword/warhorn and make sure you take str traits to increase your damage, for low level gear getting reasonable number of critics is hard hence the deep strikes traits.

So I will just put new points to to Strength for power boost. After I will have Str+Arms at 10, is there any recommendatoin if to go to Tactics for Empower Allies (I still don’t know if this 150 power bonus scales with level) or Discipline for Warrior’s sprint or Defense for Adrenal Health later… ?

BTW, isn’t axe/warhorn better than sword/warhorn? Axe has better damage (when I have no condition dmg bonus), it just lacks leap attack…

It didn’t originally scale so it was +40 regardless of your level which meant at lvl 20 you could run around with like 90% + crit chance unbuffed. As for axe/horn vs sword/horn, his sentence clearly started with “For mobility use”. When leveling everything melts and being able to leap around means more to how fast you level up.

So I reached level 30, but I found playing as warrior to be quite boring. It is just moving from mob to mob and using auto-attack or hundred blades. Crushing enemies faster than they kill me is the main playstyle. No defensive skills or something interesting that can be used to e.g. defeat veterans easier or play a bit with mobs. I often kill the veteran with just ~10% HP left, sometimes I die if I try some higher level one. I tried mace+shield but it is a joke in comparison to guardian’s mace+shield.
I am using GS/Sword+WH or Axe+WH, sometimes I switch for a rifle or longbow for events. I am using only signets + “For Great Justice!” buff because interesting utilities like bull’s charge, stomp, fear me or frenzy have too long cooldown for me to feel comfortable in using them while questing.
I have to say that I had much more fun leveling condition necro or a guardian. Is it normal, or do I miss something? :-)

leveling in general is incredibly boring if its not your first time but yes warriors are more boring to level than other classes, especially if your running a signet build, its get much better at level 80 when your running dungeons and actually use your utilities and actively swapping them

edit: about the vets leaving you low hp, this is somewhat common during the lower levels before you get all your traits. I’d recommend only mapping zones below your level, less XP but you clear them so much faster that its quicker than mapping zones at or above your level

Deep Strike used to be amazing for leveling and mentoring dungeons like AC, but worthless at high levels.

Now its worthless in both methods of content, fury would be better.

I think that Deep Strike is not completely worthless …it still adds me around 3% of crit chance per signet, so 12% with 4 signets and I have around 80% crit chance at level 30. I think they fixed it a bit in yesterday’s patch so that it doesn’t do wrong values when I remove signet or when i get down/up-leveled. It is still better than first traits from Strength line – there is nothing really useful, so I am using 5% vitality bonus from power there…
Fury effect from “For Great Justice!” (I have set it to auto-cast so it mostly automatically triggers when I start a fight, but sometimes not) and signet of Rage is nice too.
