Guild Wars 2

Hello, for my war i was trying the first trait in arms, ( it give precision for each unused sign ) but since the stats doesnt change in the hero window i was wondering if this trait really work. If they forget to make the stat update or if it dont give precision ?

That trait work perfect. It display the changes in the hero panel. I noticed when i activated the signet of rage, is losing 40 precision.

If you are down leveled you may not see the change. Go to a main city or higher lvl maps and you will see the difference.
