well if you run non-shout build, yes. I would go healing sig. But, If you shout build you will have 24s cd.

I dueled some reapers in dueling arena, i wanst be able to win them with healing sig but won with to the limit.

But honestly you are right, i just need more tests more in depth, for at least several weeks ;_;

Ya I don’t want to run shouts. Shouts are not good enough. Shake it off is one condition 2 if soldier runes. come on

Fear is awesome with too long CD even traited.

On my mark is worthless.

For great justice is the only one that is kinda OK but since the might nerf its really bad.

Given that shouts only heal for 1k now and not 2k like before I can see no point in running them.

It really comes down to the nature of the fight. If you think it will be shorter or more burst based, TtL might be better. If it’s more protracted, HS.

Get interrupted on heals cuz you know how none of the insane amount of aoe cc spam was toned down even slightly. This is why healing signet will still be king, we won’t get interrupted. Melee class in an aoe cc insanely high dps meta with the absolute worst sustain = dead.

run menders amulet with axe/SH and hammer. core warrior D/D/T with full shouts and Rampage.
