Is frenzy being removed in sPvP coming patch?
Is the GS Frenzy sPvP build frowned upon by…everyone or just the people affected by it?

Moved from WvW to sPvP today and the gameplay is of course drastically different. Not surprisingly with smaller quarters players are more likely to say things. I have had a few opponents state that I have “no skill”, blah blah blah should not use Frenzy. A few people also said that Frenzy was going to be removed soon and that I should change my build and get used to it.

Now I’m all for an honorable and fair fight but idk, the people saying these things were corpses at my feet; not easy to put down…maybe it was a QQ moment? (I don’t seem to have trouble evading a GS frenzy warrior). Anyway are they speaking the truth about frenzy being removed and “uncouth” to a sPvP combat environment? I looked around the internet for 10 minutes finding mere speculations and some comments about the recent “state of the game” interview most saying that warriors are laughable in combat.

Not a chance that Frenzy (or Quickness in general) will be removed soon.

If it were to be removed, Warriors and Thieves would get buffed so astronomically to compensate that it would lead to more whining from the PvP newcomers.

I’d much rather have Warriors and Thieves get small windows of awesome moments every now and then, rather than them being godlike all the time.

Aslong as thieves stealth, mesmers use clones, guards heal etc. I think you can go on using frenzy as much as you like.

People just don’t like frenzy Gs warriors in sPvp, it usually comes down to or you kill someone so quick they yell Nerf and go in a tantrum.

Or you hit a bunker/player who knows what he is doing and just laughs, and at that moment your no asset to your team..

Don’t get me wrong Glascannon Gs/frenzy has it’s place, but sadly it’s very niche.
