I’ve been contemplating getting a set and mix/matching the pieces to get the stats i want off each vendor then adding my chosen rune..

I was planning to go with a Precision/toughness/condition dmg & Power/toughness/vitality mix

I wanna use it for WvW/ PvE with my GS/Rifle Build..yes i know another GS noob haha..anyway what are peoples thoughts? or maybe should i just save the karma and grind out a dungeon explore set?..

Dulfy had them up a long time ago, GW2W finally had there prices up, (thats if you never visited them before) which is 42k per piece, which is BS, they should vary in price,

anyway if you want to get a full set it will cost you 252k (which is the amount you need to get the legendary weapon) but the only set worth getting is the Aurora set, gives you good Power, tough, Vit, while your basic traits (if you spec right) give you perc, so it is the complete package. have fun grinding that Karma

FYI the SE armor set has the same exact stats (for 4 pieces), while the TA is the same has the (helm and boots)

Actually, it takes about 1 million karma for a legendary weapon. 525K for a gift of mastery, plus another 500 thousand depending on luck for the clovers

I’ve been thinking of getting all the pieces with pow/vit/tough for added survivability in dungeons and WvW. Not sure what to get for the helmet though, there isn’t a pow/vit/tough one for that, haha.

Get the WvW badge helm if you want a pow/tou/vit helm.

yeah im actually in the same boat with no helmet. You can get Power/Tough/Vit from some dungeons as well (i want to say AC, HoTW, and the dredge one). I think im actually going to get something different for a helmet though since id still be at just over 25K HP without Vit on a helm maybe ill go Knights or Berserkers
