Anyone know if Adrenal Health scales with Healing Power, or just with bars of Adrenaline + effective level?

I could be wrong but I think it does, albeit the scaling was absolutely garbage, something like 3% of healing power.

Then again, I could be just imagining things, idk.

No it doesn’t, but it should. Same for engineer’s backbag regenerator, which always does the fixed 125 heal/second, no matter how much or little you got in healing power.

Healing power is the most useless stat in the game and power is the most important stat. So much things depend on power and scale very well, while investing points to healing power is useless in most builds as you get better bang for buck putting your points elsewhere.

Thanks, I was starting to wonder about a Clerics + Healing Signet + Adrenal Health + Vigorous Shouts build for WvW, but think I’ll just stick with my Sentinels + Melandru Runes + Dogged March build instead.
