make Defiant Stance the obvious choice for our heals? From a WvW outlook when damage (esp condis) is flying freely, it works amazingly well. But what about dungeons/PvP? Still good, but not strong enough to lose CI?

It’s bad in pvp cause people will just stop attacking and then u have nothing to show for it. In dungeons most people use their heal to pre stack might so there r better options for that
