Dual Mace Build
It’s… I don’t know what you intend to do with it?
You have no sustain. A few blocks, but nothing else.
You say you have CI for condi cleanse, yet in the build link you didn’t slot it.
No fast hands is a bad idea.
Double sigil of impact does not stack.
Having mace as main hand in both sets is a bad idea, as you won’t get the benefit of having skills readily available on weapon swap. The cooldown does not reset if it’s the same weapon.
Sigil of bloodlust in PvP is bad, as you die regularly (and if you don’t you won’t need 250 power to win).
Signets are good in their own right, but speccing 5 signets is generally inferior.
I don’t know what else to say right now.

full signets is awful. replace one of the maces with an axe and run stances.
i run duel mace a lot, but nothing like that build

1) Rune of Impact don’t stack… if you have one you don’t need another one on the same set. But you don’t need it anyway. You can prefer to use sigil of force, that grant you 5% damage all the time.
That’s because your enemy don’t stay all the time stunned and with a build like that you can active your F1 every… 15 sec? You have nothing to obtain adrenaline (cleansing ire and berserker stance, for example), then your +10% damage will be useless.
Expecially because if the enemy have stability or a breakstun all your strategy fall.
2) If you can’t clean conditions is a big problem, expecially in spvp where condition is the actual meta. 25% of condi reduction time is good but not enough. I die of condition and I’ve 10 sec of condi invulnerability and clean condition with F1 every 7.5 sec.
3) dual wield agility is bad in spvp. You can find a lot of better traits in every other trait line. jyst because you hit is slow with a mace and it’s a melee weapon, then you don’t feel the difference with or without this trait.
