Guild Wars 2

First, I don’t take credit for this idea but as I have changed it around quite a bit and found it to work well for me, I figured I would post this here. I should say that I tried to kill Liadri almost 70 times with my Ele, Thief and my Warrior and almost always ran out of time. With this build/rotation, she dies in about 30 seconds once you get to the second phase. It’s actually pretty darn easy.

Ok, here is the build – [Crit/Condi Rifle]

Unlike some builds for Liadri, I stuck with the S/S for this first phase as it’s easy to move around and it’s a great setup for phase 2. As soon as the second phase starts, I hit her with the sword #4 (torment) and then change over to the rifle. Some will argue that it’s good to keep torment on her the entire fight but I found it to not be necessary. The initial is just to set the stage.

After you change to rifle, hit her with rifle #4, pop your elite, and then rifle #3. That rapid shot with a 90+% crit chance will fill her full of bleeds, life drain, and a ton of crit damage. I found that after the initial combo her health was down over 30%. After that it’s just about 20 seconds of kiting her around and using rifle #4 and #3 until she melts. You’ll be surprised on how fast she goes down as you will be getting tons of crits, stacking loads of bleeds, and draining her life at the same time.

Ranged conditions is a pretty foolproof way to do it, you can pretty much go 3/6/5/0/0 full rabid and heal signet and just spam rifle #1 to get the 8 orb achievement without losing any health(see sig).

The main problem with phase 2 is the cripple, lemongrass poultry soup + runes of the centaur pretty much nullify that

So…
First try with this build I killed Liadri (didn’t get any luck in phase 2 with the clones turning into orbs and she died too quick). Third try, I got the 8 orb achievement. I’m willing to bet someone could get 16+ orbs with this build, it’s so stupidly easy to kite and you take no damage from any attack. I didn’t use any skill/utility (other than popping elite before entering) the entire fight other than rifle #1. Anyone having trouble with Liadri, this is the build for you!
