Signet of Stamina active says it removes all conditions, but actually only removes 12. With the introduction of Slow, there are 13 conditions in the game.

Got it in one. It’s still technically possible to have all 13 (Need to be in an enemy mesmers time warp with resistance to be able to do it), so it should remove 13.
