Fast Hands seems to be resetting the weapon swap CD whenever you pick up and put down a banner…. bug?

As you can see in the video it only triggers the CD if Fast Hands is traited.

Yeah, looks like a bug to me.

As an aside, banners can now activate sigils. It must share similar coding to Engineer kits.

Why would you take Fast Hands with a Banner build is the better question..

I use it dungeons and 18 stacks of AOE might on the party is helpful.

I already hit that hard with a bow and hammer without those stacks of might. And I hit harder than you with might. I think its really a cool build, but its not practical in fast paced PVP and pve and its gimpy. It is cool though.

so what? it doesn’t mean the skill isn’t bugged.

Well it’s only visual. But that’s still annoying.
