Hey, planning on making my first Ascended armor set.

I want something I could use for both power and condi builds, focusing on all Offense stats. My thought is to make six pieces of Rampagers since it has prec, pow, condi.

Are there any other options or mix and match options that I am missing?

Well, other then that Rampager is widely considered to be weak, you’re not missing anything.

Though Celestial would be a lot better.

Test your stuff with exotics first. If it’s working for you then make the step to ascended version. But a condi warrior I am not too sure; never tried one out.

Look at your weapon skills both dmg-wise and then see if they proc any condis. Use sigil a that complement those procs to enhance it more. If you want precision then grab sigil that actually proc condi like torment as warrior off-hand sword does torment too.

As others have stated try celestial too. Apparently that works as an all rounder ‘bit of everything’ gear.

My warrior friend got wrecked by a hybrid condi warri so it must be decent.

Rampager looks nice on paper, but you’re going to be subpar and a crutch using it for a power build, and other sets like sinister are better for a condi build. My advice is zerker ascended, and exotic condi like sinister or rampager if you really want it, but don’t use a combination armor for an either or build. You’re splitting too much potential.
