For those having problems with Conditions
Almost all warriors know by now no rune set beats sup. runes of the soldier combined with shouts and mending for healing skill.
yup. 3 shouts, 2 take off one con, 1 takes off 2 cons, and the heal takes 2 cons. problem solved.

I think he’s just trying to provide an alternative for those who don’t want to go the full shout route.

you do not have to go the whole 9 yards in shouts to benefit from this setup.
but right now it is one of the few good builds available for warriors in general since all other professions are much better than warriors at pretty much everything.
for example why do guardians have shouts, pull abilities and banish ? those abilities seem more likely designed for the warrior than for a magic class at all.
Warrior build choices that work and make sense:
1- Sniper 2- shouts healer 3- lockdown master 4- brittle glass cannon.
what strategy would you reccomend at low level when superior runes are not available?
The only things that bother me about the signets are cast time, and no stun breakers. I know that I’m pretty much gonna have shake it off no matter what, so I might as well get the most out of shout traits/runes rather than divide between them.

These 2 signets + Lyssa runes allow you to take balanced stance instead though and still have some counter to conditions.
Now that I have both a full Lyssa and a full Soldier set I keep going back and forward between those 2 builds and it’s not an easy choice imo.
In a shout build you’ll remove conditions from others as well and as you say, signets aren’t instant as shouts are, which sucks a lot.
On the other hand the stability from balanced stance (I wanted to abbreviate, but calling it “BS” seemed a little harsh) comes in very handy (mainly to get stomps off) and SoS and SoR then remove all conditions.
I hate it when I got a bunch of conditions on me, I blow ‘shake it off’ and it doesn’t remove the immobilize :/
I’d use balanced stance a lot more if there was any way to reduce its recharge time. Unfortunately I don’t really find the duration makes up for it in most cases; though it’s good when I know for sure I’ll get a load of incoming CC at once.
Are you talking about PvP???
Shout warriors are like shout guardians… except worse….
Even ele’s have a patch on them in near every sense.
Just not something worth worrying about atm, there are other classes with generally the same setup that do the job allot better.
Warriors are mostly just a nigh unshakable high burst/sustained dps class atm.
(and lets face it there are many more problems with this game than a class only having 1 tourny quality sort of style of play)
