Guild Wars 2

So, I haven’t played in quite awhile. I quit because I got a bit bored with the game after kids were getting mad at me for being an adult and I went back to playing another game.
Basically my question is, I feel like starting out fresh, I had a Warrior as my main, I mean it was like level 30-ish something but still. (Had a level 50-60ish Thief also) So do you think that starting out fresh as a Warrior is good? Warriors were pretty amazing back when I played, but I didn’t really notice much as I was mainly just soloing everything or doing wvwvw because I would get bored. Would you recommend Warrior or another class to start back off with? I’m going through all the Guides for classes right now since I have to download the game all over again. (I deleted it awhile back because I ran out of space on this crappy old laptop of mine)

Only you can answer if warrior is your thang. It comes down to what playstyle you like, what you want to focus on ingame and how good/competitive. Class balances shifts with patches, though not as rapidly, gw is very alt friendly so many tend to eventually swap around. I can say though that warrior can be fairly straightforward and clear to understand, which could be in your favor. It’s a solid jack of all trades if you take all types of content into consideration. It’s not unwanted.

Another way to do it is to browse youtube and see how the classes play in the content you like.
