Guild Wars 2

I am looking for a GS/Dual Axe build. I have looked through the forum, but can’t find anything I like. I am not a good build creator, so I need some help finding a good build. If anyone can help can you please advise me as what I could use. Thank you in advance.

I mainly do PvE and dungeons, but sometimes go to WvW

Off-hand axe is terrible in literally every single game mode.

For PvE/dungeons/fractals you’d want off-hand mace, or if your group can stack vulnerability without you (so basically never if you PUG or run with non-dungeon guild guild groups), sword. Roll 30/0/0/10/30 or 30/25/0/0/15, can’t remember the traits off the top of my head but they’re literally just common sense traits to increase damage.

For WvW, I think shield is a nice off-hand to use if roaming, axe is kinda junk in zergs though.

axe offhand is garbage, don’t use it. literally any other offhand is more useful, even shield has a block and gapcloser/cc. offhand axe offers nothing.

I can see why you would use an axe off hand. It looks nice.

Take 30/0/0/10/30.

Don’t go WvW.

Off hand axe can be a source of DPS if you main hand sword in PvP, and you aren’t running a condition build. Besides that, it’s terrible.
