Anyone know this build and care to share?

Seen it a lot recently in WvW and seems to tank and hit amazingly hard (shield bash+hundred blades)

A warrior with this build took out 3 of my friends (Average players-not total noobs) and it was like men vs boys :-(

Lyssia Iceblood of Gandara – I sometimes win… but not often :-(

Softer CC than a Mace but harder to counter-play and requires you to either overstay or have someone dedicated to +condition duration to be unable to disengage.
