Hi guys,

I’m new to the game and I really enjoy the BS and the Bow at the moment and I’m pretty concerned about Fractals and have been hearing how people are kicked from groups, not accepted into parties because they don’t play the best builds?

If that’s the case then I cannot play GS and Bow then? And are forced to play the other builds to have a chance? Of is it viable regardless?

Don’t join groups that are screening for meta builds and gear. If you can’t find an “anyone welcome” group on the LFG, start your own.

Ya usually when the description say meta, speed run, experienced, or something like that, they could kick you for playing a build like that. If there is nothing like that in the description, you shouldn’t be kicked. Some people complain that they still get kicked, but I don’t know if they exaggerating or no. If it’s a problem for you, just post your own lfg and say all welcome and you will be fine.

As long as you’re running phalanx with runes of strength/might stacking food, you can run whatever weapon set you want and most groups won’t care because “lol25might”.

Those armadillos would be a lot cooler if they looked more like real armadillos. mmm armadillos

You shouldn’t think of your warrior as playing a particular weapon set. Warrior has too many tools to restrict itself like that. As you get more experienced with warrior you will really appreciate the validity of that statement.

I keep a full set of weapons in my inventory, and swap them in as the situation dictates. Most fights I use greatsword and axe+mace. There are exceptions. Fights where you need ranged, swap ranged weapons in. But if you keep that bow equipped at all times your really decreasing the utility you can provide your group. Warrior has the fastest weapon swap in the game, if your not using it your missing out on a lot of potential you could be using to help your team.
