so I got myself an experimental GS build/setup and wanted some feed back. been living as a condition warrior mostly of the game and felt I needed to truly experience this GS obsession alot of warriors have for a while and get a true feel for the other side of the coin.

I would say put those 20 points from tactics to discipline to get signet mastery and mobile strikes. Also while you need contition removal I’m not sure about sigil of generosity. It only procs once every 10 seconds and only removes 1 condition. Maybe force or fire is more useful.

ya I wasn’t to sure on the sigil myself but being a shout warrior for so long it becomes painful when you go from so much removal to almost nothing XP

An honest question, wouldnt Sweet Revenge be an optimal trait? It sounds like it is almost better than any skill keeping you alive, since you can almost never get downed completely if you are in a middle of a fight and have enough power to catch a small health mob and revive yourself without relaying on a teammate.

u will get fall quickly if facing enemies with disable or stun skill, cz u lack stability and defense. my opinion, u should replace “on my mark” for balanced stance or dolyak signet. Otherwise, your build is good in Pve and big combat since your shouts can also buff your allies.

A bit lackcluster in my opinion. I’m guessing this is for PvE/WvW focus. Ruby orbs are much better for damage than divinity and the survivability bonus that you get from all stats is really nothing. I’d sell them and just get orbs or runes based on what you need.

For wvwvw I’d take the 10 points from Tactics and put it to discipline, grab leg specialist in tactics and mobile strikes from discipline. You’ll also get the best minor trait Fast hands like this. Bull’s/signet of stamina/balanced stance as utility for wvwvw. I wouldn’t use frenzy, unless it’s a 1v1 situations, you’ll melt way too quickly.

For PvE I’d keep FGJ, grab signet of might and either OMM/frenzy or signet of fury as 3rd. Keep 10 points in tactics if you don’t want to keep swapping builds, otherwise move it to arms 30 or discipline 30. Grab signet CD from discipline and empower allies if you keep the 20/20/0/10/20 build.
