GS - mace/shield build, thoughts?
Double melee weapons, no stability and i believe your sigils share cd.

This will give you stability and sigils that don’t overlap, not to mention having a Mace and not using a Sigil of Paralization is a crime!

This is what I use and how I play it. I’ve changed it recently to Runes of Lyssa and Superior Sigil of Impact on the GS (+10% dmg vs stunned players which is when you score your kills).
I don’t think Frenzy is too important since with Sigil of Paralyzation your skull crack lasts 3.45 seconds which is the duration of a full 100B.

They are nerfing Sigil of Para soon because of necro-fear. (I think) they are bringing it down to 10%. So that means Skull Crack might go down to 3 seconds.

It is more likely that they will just make it so it doesn’t effect fear, same with Melandru runes -stun duration. At least it is more likely if they do things correctly, who knows though with some of the changes that get made in this game. I don’t think they really intended for fear to be counted as a stun at all.

I look at the build and it looks alright.
The only mistake to correct is to replace mace sigil with the +15% stun duration sigil (paralysation?)so you get those supersexy stunner hits extended. I would also recommend to consider replacing bullstrike with stomp for the extra stunbreaker.

I wouldnt run frenzy and pick up stability spec alright tho.

1) They are making stun duration not affect fear.
2) They could nerf it to 10% and it will still bump it to 4 seconds.
