I mean why not? thief can spam their most powerful skills over and over while other classes have proper cooldown. we don’t have stealth so we can’t abuse that.

Because Thieves are balanced around initiative and stealth and is part of their class design. You don’t see engineers making clones now do you?

This is not enough. I think it will be better if warrior can summon eight swords like the one guardian has to assist in our battle and if possible, each sword can do AoE Slash to any enemies within 4,000 range with 9,999 damage.

You forgot war shroud, which gives a second health bar and some hard hitting attacks.
