Good Condition Build for Spvp
Looks like you messed up your runes. 1 Rune of Nightmare and 5 Runes of Hoelbrak?
And personally, I am not a fan of +condition duration% runes/sigils.

The runes give you 13s bleeds at 113 dmg/s. If it’s damage you’re looking for, your best set is actually 2 Runes of Krait, 2 Runes of Centaur and 2 Runes of Afflicted, as this would put your bleeds at 16s and 107 dmg/s. And it would give a very significant boost to Flurry, making it go from 3s to 4s.
I’d steer away from stacking condi duration in pvp. There’s so much condi clear around and war can really only stack bleeds, burning and torment, so your whole stack of condis will be routinely cleansed when fighting. Condi duration will really only help with burning and possibly sometimes with torment, but most of your damage when fighting will come from bleeds. In short, your main-damaging condis will be cleansed well before you gain any benefit from the +condi duration.
It’s much better for war to stack condi damage and/or might.

Either get yourself 6/6 Runes of Nightmare or 6/6 Runes of the Undead.
Oh, and you should consider using Sigil of Doom. An added condition (and one as useful as poison) is always good. Especially with the Fast Hands trait.

But probably any build if played with half a brain works well enough in there.
