Guild Wars 2

I’m trying to make my warrior look really sexy but I can’t seem to find a better glowy weapon than the Jotun Greatsword. I was thinking of Ghastly GS but that only glows at night. The Destroyer GS looks amazing but is expensive as hell. What do you guys suggest?

Corrupted Greatsword, its what I have equipped, and glows when drawn.

That’s also quite expensive. Another one is the Foefire’s Essence (guardian’s summoned sword) but that requires 100 charged lodestones and ~2k ori ore which makes it even more expensive than the Corrupted. The Jotun GS is pretty much the cheapest you can get.

I’m working in Vision of the Mists, but that’s going to take me a while. Rocking the AC greatsword until then.

What I would do (what I am doing) is use a Ghastly GS while saving up for a more prestigious Vision of the Mists/Corrupted Avenger. Ghastly GS is nice, even when not glowing and will suffice for looks (for me at least) until I obtain my goal.

Corrupted avenger is actually one of the cheaper ones besides ghastly/jotun gs. Ofc you’d need 400 weapon smith to make it instead of buy it. If there was un-soul binding stuff I’d sell the one I made.

Lol yeah, my bad, I called it corrupted greatsword, it is, indeed, the Corrupted Avenger. See my pic above.

I used the T3 Asura Cultural a while until i could finally make my Vision of the Mists.
Its not really glowing, but has some nice lightning effects

Personally I love the glow from the Ghostly weapons from Ascalonian Catacombs.

They look so much nicer than the rest of the dungeon weapons, which is ironic.
