You copied the build i posted in another thread, changed one utility, got rid of food, and made it all exotic instead of ascended
Why waste 10 points in tactics for the very lack luster Leg Specialist when you could put them in power and increase DPS as well as Health with Great Fortitude. Plus it gives you access to Death from Above for those situations where you will be dropping down on the enemy?
Be careful what you wish for, Anet might just give it to you “HoT”
