Hammer PVE build
I have the traits that give adrenaline on shouts (3 shouts 20-30 sec cd) and the 20% reduction on F1 skill from disc. I now slam F1 every 7 secs.
An alternative build would be 30 0 30 10 0 Using signet of rage for fury (f1) and Stomp and bulls charge (with physical training)… stomp aoes for around 2k then. Forgo I also of course use the signet elite…
Not sure how much dps I would gain by going 30 in power compared to 0 and instead going 30 disc for the 2 sec reduction on F1.
I am mostly farming DEs in Orr with this (it is sturdy enough) but think I will be working on pow/tough/health armor/items for running hammer in dungeons…
I almost never weapon swap with this setup…
My Hammer build is more defensive, and also uses Mace/Shield. I’m specced 10/0/30/30/0, have 5 pieces of Toughness/Vitality armor and one Vaklyrie piece since there’s no Tough/Vita headpiece for heavy armor users. Also full Cleric’s (rare) jewelery
I’m specced for shorter Hammer and Shield cool downs, and to reflect damage on block. In Tactics I got Banners that give Regeneration, which get’s me 3 sources of it from Adrenaline, Healing Signet, and said Regeneration.
Utility Skills are Banner of Defense, another Banner (can be any you like), and Endure Pain. Signet of Rage is my Elite
My Hammer hit’s for about 1K. Critical hits range from 1300-2K.

There is tough/vita heavy armor gear, its bought form a karma vendor in cursed shore
I am working on Ascaronian set, it gives Pow/tough/vit on all pieces… have chest and legs so far.
@seithan. It’s in the defense line, I believe it’s the 15 point trait that you automatically get.
@Day. I got 5 pieces of the Toughness/Vitality armor but looking at all of them on wiki no heavy armor helmet had both Toughness and Vitality

As another poster already answered, it’s Adrenal Health (Defense – 15 pts).

FYI: The healing from this trait is not increased by your +Healing score. So while this trait is still free healing for adrenaline hording characters, it will feel like a weak heal for any Warrior build which is normally stacked up on +Healing gear.
