the meta is 0/10/30/0/30 for hammer trait, unsuspecting foe, burst mastery as they combine to give a large amount of burst which can be repeated often. such a build also has excellent adrenaline generation

the meta build for the hammer is all about using earthshaker as often as possible. with the correct traits and sigils you can enjoy 45% increased damage on earthshaker.

after doing that you keep the damage rolling with back breaker and fierce blow. at that point the hammer is used up and unless you want to do some slow auto attacks weapon swap to a faster weapon. usually axe. which is perfect since it builds adrenaline very fast and you can swap back on the weapon swap cooldown to hit earthshaker again.

30 0 20 0 20 is full zerker for people who enjoyed the old 20 0 20 0 30
