Heal Math and Chat (Copy/Pasted for Ease)
Eh funny how every warrior looked at me like a freekill bc i had healing signet on so they were starting with bullrush..I can see everyone equip one now heheh
The three heals actually seem to not only be well balanced with one another, but they each have their own purpose now.
Sig for over time sustained, Surge for burst heals, and Mend for condis.
Granted I wont actually be able to play till tonight to test, but on paper it looks promising.

That’s because prior to this patch Healing Signet was a piece of kitten. You were a free kill.
NOW there’s a reason to take it.
Heh..that free kill stomped many yt mace/shield+gs heroes ;b but nvm. Also pic what my healing signet was capable of into hybrid build.
Also..i still don’t like that idea of surge based on adrenaline level.

And I’m unsure as to what was changed about it.

Its per second, there was a typo in the notes and Jonathan Sharp confirmed in the Yay warrior buffs thread.

with 300 healing power I get 407 per tick according to the tool tip. I replaced my 2 soldier pieces with clerics just to get a bit more sustain everything else all zerk.

Let’s just pretend for a second that you are gaining 200 healing power and losing 100 vitality. If your only source of healing is the signet, it will take your 200 healing power about 66 seconds to = 100 vitality. The heals are stronger, but I wouldn’t be rushing to throw on clerics gear. The only coefficient that was changed significantly was Healing Surge.

Yea you are right since I’m not running surge anymore clerics really isn’t beneficial. thks.

This is from a WvW perspective.
After playing for several hours and enjoying the sustain I feel that it is just right.
I run zerker with a little bit of Soldier and cav gear. Right now I feel like Warrior is in a place where it now has to be targeted. I feel like now you will see more focus going toward a warrior similar to the way the guardian is focused because they can be so disruptive with their CC’s boons retal. The heals are good for sustain you can still get bursted down if you have a glassy thief on you which I like because it is counter play unless its D/P thief those guys can’t keep up enough dps but can pressure you to the point that you are uncomfortable.
I am really enjoying the ability to stay in longer and not just go in swing 1 or 2 times and run out and I never ran full zerk before.
Just in a 1v1 testing (I don’t put alot of stock in 1v1’s since the game isn’t really balanced around that but I like to use it as a semi guage)
So far against another warrior it almost feels like a guardian vs guardian fight that can go on for a bit. Against a Phantasm mesmer w/ gs and all the invis not really a problem at all. I asked the mesmer to get pistol w/duelist since that is the hardest one to fight 1v1 and held up pretty well. We dueled yesterday and there was nothing I could to win and started to alter my build just to get a win which I don’t like to do. Today though it felt alot better to be able to not just melt when 2 duelist are up.
